You’ll be CoreBlue’s lead Project Manager and the ‘go-to’ for technical build projects. This includes managing the full project cycle from preparation to delivery, as well as owning client relationships, team coordination and workload projections.
Providing cost estimates, proposals, scoping projects, creating project plans and timelines, running risk assessments, and ensuring quality output.
Owning the onboarding phase of projects, liaising with teams on delivery dates and managing client expectations. Keeping scope creep in check and managing regular scrums.
Monitoring operations of projects including forecasting of resourcing, budget and burndown. Reporting to senior management on progress and profitability.
Communicate with clients day to day, manage client expectations and be the go between for clients and the engineering teams. Representing the team’s and the client’s needs.
Work with senior management to ensure the teams stay motivated, that the right tools are in place and processes are continuously optimised.
Firstly you need to be self-started with solid project management experience.
You’ll have experience running projects from start to finish, applying agile project management principles.
Whilst you will have a team of experts to lean on, you’ll be expected to be driven and enjoy working autonomously. You’ll be well-versed in leading teams on large projects with complex requirements and you’ll know how to manage client expectations whilst building long-lasting relationships.
You’ll have strong planning and organisational skills, coupled with the strategic mind to identify and communicate good ideas.
