Are you an experienced Marketing Manager looking for an opportunity to scale a marketing function with an award-winning tech company?

CoreBlue builds software applications that are used in organisations around the world. In the last few years, we’ve worked on mobile banking apps in Africa, a luxury property rental system and dozens of other projects. We’re proud of the clients we work with and the products we deliver.

Due to rapid recent and ongoing growth, we are looking for a Marketing Manager to help us define and execute an authentic marketing strategy. This is a newly created position which offers significant autonomy and advancement potential for the right candidate. We are based near Plymouth and can accommodate a hybrid or remote working arrangement for the right candidate (full UK working rights are essential).

You will help tell our story across all platforms and build out our brand as a trusted voice in the software development industry. Your remit will include creating engaging and authentic written content, ensuring we have consistent and on point communications across our channels. You will work to maximise our brand and plan a long-term marketing strategy for the organisation as well as ensuring we capitalise on immediate opportunities such as industry events and speaking engagements.


What you’ll do

  • Partner with the leadership team to communicate insights and recommendations to improve our marketing outcomes
  • Deploy marketing campaigns from ideation to execution
  • Produce engaging marketing material, including pitch decks, case studies and content for our website
  • Use data and metrics to guide decision making
  • Develop strategies and tactics to help us establish CoreBlue as a world leader in software development
  • Develop a deep understanding of the technology industry and be involved in planning and launching new product offerings and initiative

  • At least 2 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally in a start-up or tech-orientated environment
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Proven experience developing and executing digital marketing across a wide variety of channels and platforms
  • Able to produce visual assets to accompany digital content
  • A commitment to continuous improvement, openness and helping others



  • Salary of £30,000 – £40,000 DOE
