We are looking for an experienced admin officer to join our team. You will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently.

You will be involved with several aspects of coordinating the smooth running of the office across different departments, this is a varied role and requires someone with great multitasking skills with a knack for being organised.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating all administrative tasks across the company in several departments
  • Support bookkeeping including credit controls
  • Helping to maintain ISO9001 and 27001.
  • Creating MS Word and MS Excel reports.
  • Arranging travel itineraries for the team.
  • Managing correspondence by email and phone.
  • Ordering and managing office supplies
  • Any other day to day administrative duties needed to help run the business

The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritising and working with little supervision.

You will have:

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Financial background or experience of working closely with finance departments
  • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Be technically competent and able to use a range of tools and software packages to fulfil your role.

You may have:

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role.
  • University Degree.
  • Have direct experience with Xero.
  • Have knowledge of ISO systems and processes.
